About Saira.
Saira is a Registered Associate Nutritionist, people lover, and foodie. Her aim is to empower children, families and adults to improve their lifestyles, whilst still enjoying the foods they love.
It can be challenging to make changes to your lifestyle, and as we know, humans don’t like change! However, Saira takes a collaborative approach in her practice to make sure that you are involved in deciding your goals and what changes you would like to make.
She strongly believes that improving mental health is just as important as improving physical health, which is also translated into her practice.
Saira graduated from King’s College London in 2021 with a First-Class degree in BSc Health Sciences (Nutrition). Soon after, Saira became registered with the Association for Nutrition as a Registered Associate Nutritionist. Since then, she has worked with many children, families and adults, specialising in healthy eating and weight management, supporting them to have happier and healthier lives. Alongside working, Saira has completed lots of further training including diversity nutrition, autism, fussy eating, safeguarding, children and young people’s mental health, data protection and GDPR, and has attended many nutrition-based webinars.
