A Memorable Afternoon at the Nic n Lils Wellness Event
In September, I had the honor of being a guest speaker at the Nic n Lils Wellness Afternoon. This was my first in-person event for Saira Nutrition, so was an extra special one! I spoke about mindful eating – what it is, why it matters, and how to practice it. It was wonderful to share tips on how to slow down, savour our food, and listen to our body's hunger cues.
The afternoon was filled with a pilates and fitness class, and a sense of community, and I truly enjoyed connecting with everyone there. It was a beautiful, wholesome event, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to speak on such an important topic.
I’d love to return as a guest speaker in the future and continue spreading the message of mindful living!
