Instead, you’ll receive expert nutrition advice, psychological support, and the chance to connect with others on the same journey. This group is all about helping you rediscover your love for food and create lasting, healthy habits, so you can nourish your body and mind in a way that feels good for you.
What this programme includes:
12-Week Online Weight Management Programme covering nutrition and psychological support
Sessions: 1 hour for the first, 1 hour 15 minutes for remaining sessions
Evidence-based, non-judgmental approach
Group activities with like-minded people
Email support between sessions
WhatsApp group for reminders, updates, and motivation
1:1 follow-up reviews at 6 and 12 months

Eligibility criteria:
18 years +
BMI 25kg/m2 or higher OR
BMI 23 kg/m2 with co-morbidities (such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, osteoarthritis, dyslipidaemia and sleep apnoea) or from BAME backgrounds

Active eating disorder
Complex and/or unmanaged conditions
Pregnant
Severe or moderate frailty
Bariatric surgery in the last 2 years
