    • Please join the waiting room between 7:50-8pm for a prompt start. If you join after 8pm, entry cannot be guaranteed.

    • You will need a device with internet access. Please note that if you dial in by telephone, you will not be able to view the slides.

    • Please be respectful of other attendees and keep all discussions confidential.

    • No offensive language.

    • Sessions may be cancelled in exceptional circumstances - such as illness, IT issues or bereavement. These will be rearranged at the earliest opportunity.

Who is this masterclass for?

This masterclass is designed for midlife women who are ready to lose weight sustainably, without restriction, guilt or another diet.


Do I need to attend both parts?

We recommend attending both evenings live to get the most out of the masterclass. A recording will be available for registered attendees for one week after each session.


What if I can’t make one of the evenings?

A recording will be available for one week after each session. We recommend joining live where possible to get the most out of the interactive elements.


Do I need to have my camera on?

No - all cameras must be switched off during the session. We encourage you to use the chat to interact and ask questions throughout.


Will I be sold to?

The masterclass is packed with real, practical value focusing on sustainable weight loss. Saira will introduce Transform, her 12-week online weight loss programme, at the end of Part 2. You do not have to buy anything!


How is this different to other weight loss masterclasses?

Unlike many weight loss events, this masterclass doesn't focus on what to eat or give you a meal plan to follow. Instead, Saira explores the psychology behind why we eat the way we do - covering emotional eating, habits, mindset and behaviour change alongside practical nutrition advice. It's honest, evidence-based and designed to give you real tools you can use straight away - not another diet to follow.
