Navigating Social Pressures of Eating During the Festive Season: My Webinar for Lily Rose Cooper's Personal Training Clients

The festive season is a time of joy, connection, and celebration, but for many, it can also bring challenges—especially when it comes to food. As someone who is passionate about balancing health and enjoying life’s special moments, I was honoured to have the opportunity to speak at a recent webinar for Lily Rose Cooper’s Personal Training Clients.

During the session, we dove deep into how to navigate the social pressures of eating during Christmas and Thanksgiving (with some attendees joining from the USA). I shared tips on finding the balance between enjoying delicious holiday meals and maintaining a balanced approach to eating, as well as, overcoming the social pressures of eating.
