Healthy Habits and Happy Moments: Our MeTimeLdn Wellbeing Event Highlights

On 25th March, I had the pleasure of co-hosting our fourth wellbeing event alongside MeTimeLdn. I led a session on habits, offering practical tips for overcoming unhelpful eating patterns.

Shilpa (Hair and Scalp Specialist) shared expert guidance on maintaining a healthy hair care routine, while our guest speaker, Charlotte Gallagher (Yoga Teacher), spoke about cultivating lasting habits with compassion, drawing on insights from yogic philosophy.

Guests enjoyed complimentary goodie bags, raffle tickets, delicious refreshments and a live Q&A. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended - it was a truly fantastic event!
