"The Power of Hydration: A MeTimeLdn Wellbeing Event Recap"

On 23rd April, I had the joy of co-hosting our fifth wellbeing event in collaboration with MeTimeLdn. My session focused on nutrition and hydration, where I shared key insights into what contributes to daily fluid intake and practical tips to help boost hydration.

Shilpa, a Hair and Scalp Specialist, offered expert advice on how hydration plays a vital role in maintaining healthy hair and scalp. Our guest speaker, Nanda, Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist, gave an enlightening talk on the link between hydration and pelvic health.

Guests were treated to complimentary goodie bags, raffle entries, tasty refreshments, and an engaging live Q&A. A huge thank you to everyone who attended - it was an inspiring and energising event!
