From Confusion to Confidence: Managing High Cholesterol

28th April 2026 7.30-8:20pm

About this event

Confused about cholesterol, statins, and what you should actually be doing?

Join Saira, Nutritionist, and Jaspreet, Pharmacist, for an engaging and supportive webinar on understanding and managing high cholesterol.

We will gently break down what cholesterol is, the different types, and why keeping it in balance matters for your overall health and wellbeing.

Saira, Nutritionist, will guide you through simple, realistic changes you can make to your diet and lifestyle to help reduce high cholesterol - without extremes or overwhelm.

Jaspreet, Pharmacist, will help you understand the role of medication, including statins - who they are for, common concerns, and what other options may be available - so you can feel more at ease with your choices.

Together, we will take a balanced, holistic approach, looking at both lifestyle and medication, so you can understand what’s right for you.

You will leave feeling clearer, more reassured, and confident in the steps you can take to manage your cholesterol.

The Google Meet link to join the webinar will be emailed to you at least one week before the webinar.

Please ensure you have read the Terms and Conditions below.

Please note, this session is aimed at adults.

The advice given on these webinars is generic advice for supporting a healthy diet and lifestyle. For specific medical conditions, please seek advice from your GP.
